Position Overview
As an On-Call CNA / HHA, you will provide personalized care and companionship to clients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities may include assistance with daily living activities, mobility support, companionship, and helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities
β’ Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating)
β’ Provide companionship and emotional support
β’ Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercises
β’ Provide medication reminders
β’ Perform light housekeeping related to client care
β’ Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
β’ Experience in hospice care or familiarity with end-of-life support services preferred
β’ Understanding of patient care principles, especially for individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs
β’ Ability to assist clients with mobility and perform physical caregiving tasks
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
β’ Experience in hospice care or familiarity with end-of-life support services preferred
